When does fixed-scope pricing apply?
When requirements, deliverables and acceptance criteria are clear. For changing requirements, we agree on a budget or time-based pricing.
How do you work with remote clients?
We agree on channels, meeting cadence and reporting at kickoff, and manage change requests through a process both sides sign off.
